Our trip from Salem to College park was basically uneventful. We left about 7:30AM, and took our time through the Mountains, and the Shenandoah Valley into Washington. We took I-81 to I-66, and then the Beltway to College Park and our campground, Cherry Hill Park.
It rained most of the way, but only a drizzle. We had lunch in (you guessed it) a Wal*Mart parking lot.
